When using the Service you must not:

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided by the Service, including the game code, artwork, layout, and text, is owned or licensed by the Service provider and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service content except as expressly permitted in writing.

5. User-Generated Content

If the Service allows you to post comments, scores, or other content, you retain ownership of that content but grant the Service a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display it for the operation of the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

6. Scores, Hall of Fame and Fair Play

Scores and rankings are computed automatically by the Service. Attempts to manipulate, fabricate, or fraudulently submit scores (including by using automation, bots, or modified clients) are prohibited and may result in removal of scores and termination of accounts.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties. Linking does not imply endorsement.

8. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. The Service operator is established in Italy and acts as the Data Controller for personal data collected through the Service; contact details for data protection matters are available in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, the legal bases for processing (for example, consent and legitimate interests), retention periods, transfers outside the EU (if any), and how to exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Data storage location: personal data processed for the Service is stored on servers located in Germany (EU). See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Service or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you have paid, if any, for access to the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other means. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy (for matters not pre-empted by EU law), without regard to conflict of laws rules. To the extent personal data processing is involved, EU law including the GDPR will apply. If the Service operator or hosting is located outside the EU, we will nevertheless apply the protections required by the GDPR to personal data of EU residents as described in our Privacy Policy.
